On the Downton Trail

Ten members of Freeland WI set off on the Downton Trail in Bampton to check out the locations for filming of the TV series. We peered over the walls of Mrs Crawley's House, visited the Cottage Hospital housed in the Library, checked out the Grantham Arms and the very lovely Church and then headed to Bampton Garden Centre where we enjoyed afternoon tea..
